or Elsie, is a well-known marketing research practitioner with decades of research experience. She was also Marketing Research Consultant to major multinational companies. She was formerly Market Research Director for Southeast Asia of General Foods (1985-1989) and later on Kraft General Foods (1989-1991). Prior to her stint with Kraft General Foods, she was the Marketing Research Manager of Colgate-Palmolive Philippines (1977-1985) and concurrently the Research Trainer for the Asian region. She is heavily trained in both Qualitative and Quantitative research.
Celso B. Recto provides the depth of experience for the Field and Sampling Department having headed the field department of Colgate-Palmolive for several years before his stint with Pepsi Cola Export. Over 3 decades of consumer and trade interface has honed his skills to effect the needed rapport to validly and sensitively capture consumer/trade insights, attitudes and lexicon … an expertise which is effectively translated to research methodology and questionnaire design, and interviewer skills development & training.

Lending credence to AGL’s HR, Finance & Administrative operations is Ms. Emelita “Emmie” Aguirre as the company’s Vice-President. Previous to AGL, Ms. Emmie Aguirre has been working for the ANFLO Group of Companies for over 50 years as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Board whilst handling various HR, Admin, Finance and Operations functions for the group.
Nicanor F.G. Aguirre, Jr., Director/General Manager
The Human Resources & Administrative Departments are headed by Ma. Rosario “Pinky” G. Aguirre who augments AGL with her more than 13 years of experience & expertise in the field of Human Resources, Advertising, Marketing, Communication and Research Writing. Prior to AGL, she has been working with various Advertising Agencies as Copywriter and ABS-CBN as Senior Resource Mobilization Officer and Senior
Human Resources Officer. Concurrent to her task as HR & Admin Manager is being AGL’s Senior Research Analyst. Ms. Aguirre is also one of the principals of the company.
The Electronic Data Processing group is headed by Nicanor F.G. Aguirre, Jr. who complements the group with more than 20 years experience in I.T. and has been trained by SPSS, Inc. He is also a seminar speaker for SPSS both locally & in the Asian region. Mr. Aguirre is also one of the principals of the company and concurrently the General Manager.
